Bound in contemporary full white morocco, boards richly decorated with Duseuil-style plates framing the large royal coat of arms, copper-plate dominoté endpapers, all edges gilt (browning with loss of white on second board). The proposed year contains a historical note on the province of Brittany, a compendium of the crowned heads of Europe, a list of governors of the French provinces, a copy of the King's edict re-establishing the former offices of the Parlement de Bretagne and a fairly complete administrative directory of Breton towns.
