WITHDRAWAL OF LOTS after full payment :

-Sunday, March 26th by appointment

-Monday March 27 between 9:30am-1pm or 2pm-6pm

-Tuesday March 28 between 9:30am-1pm or 2pm-6pm

The motorcycles and vehicles are sold as is, as presented at the exhibition, with their particularities due to their age and their experience, sometimes defects and imperfections, the presence or not of documents.

The odometer reading is noted as an indication.

A certificate of sale will be issued to the successful bidder. The re-registration of the vehicles is the responsibility of the buyer. The auction house cannot be held responsible for the registration procedure of these vehicles in your country.

The exhibition allows the buyer to see the condition of the goods offered for sale. There can be no claim once the auction has been pronounced. Buyers are reminded that it is their responsibility to examine each lot before the sale and to rely on their own judgment and requirements.

Information in the catalog, labels or verbal announcements are an expression of our appreciation of the lot, but are not proof of fact.

The withdrawal of the lots will have to be done imperatively before Tuesday March 28th at 5 pm.

After this deadline, the motorcycles will be stored in a storage facility at the buyer's expense.

Storage fees will be charged as of Wednesday March 29, 2023.

We do not take care of the repatriation of the vehicles: the removal remains with the purchaser and under his only responsibility.

Buyers' fees : 18 % before tax or 21.6 % including tax

Drouot Live fees in addition to the buyers' fees : 1.5 % before tax on Drouotlive
